Today’s article, 'Reform with caution — on criminal justice system' has been picked from 'The Indian Express'

 This article talks about the Centre’s decision to revisit the 2003 report of the Justice V.S. Malimath Committee on reforming the criminal justice system. The article says that the Centre must act on the Malimath report which is based on restructuring criminal law, but it also suggests that the Centre must do it with due diligence.
